| In this paper, the structure of out-of-codes complex high-rise office building in Kunming city is designed and analyzed. According to the condition of structure of the out-of-codes, the corresponding seismic fortification measures are adopted and the appropriate performance goals are set in the design. The performance of each member under earthquake action is checked, and the performance based design of structure is realized by through the analysis of the structure under the action of minor, moderate and major earthquakes. The tesults show:The structure is in elastic state at small earthquake; The important vertical members be remained elasticity and part of the energy dissipation component be yield at moderate earthquakes; In the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of major earthquake, the structure is achieved the yield mechanism that support member first yield, and then beam yield, and finally individual columns appear plastic strain. The each component can meet the predetermined performance requirements. The thesis consists of seven parts:(1)According to the characteristics of the project, the two kinds of slab calculation are selected to assume different models for the comparative analysis of the earthquake, as much as possible to reflect the deformation of the floor, to ensure the normal transmission of the horizontal force.(2)Select the rectangular steel tubular frame steel center support structure as the design of the structure, and use two kinds of software of SATWE and Gen MIDAS to comparison and optimization to ensure the correctness of the design of the program.(3)According to the seismic fortification category, the fortification intensity, the structure type and the out of gauge condition of the project, the seismic performance of the structure is set in accordance with the relevant contents of section 3.11 of the high gauge. Using SATWE and Gen MIDAS two kinds of software to calculate and analyze the structure in small earthquake. The seismic performance of the structure under small and medium earthquakes is realized.(4)The Gen MIDAS software was used to analyze the static elastic plastic analysis of structure at the rare earthquake. Through the analysis of the results of the push and cover, it is proved that the plastic hinge formation mechanism in the large earthquake meets the designgoal of "the support member is first to yield, and the beam forming plastic hinge faster than column", which provides a reasonable suggestion for the structural design.(5)studies the weak floor with different calculation assumes that influence on the structural overall index and member force. Through analysis of large slabs and the overall structure, complements the earthquake large slabs of stress analysis.(6)according to the results of the calculation, reasonable suggestions and measures are put forward to solve the project in the case of out of codes. |
