In recent years, the housing industrialization become popular in the world because of the advantages on controlling building energy consumption, improving housing quality, and reducing costs. In China, with the demographic dividend cut, rising labor costs, as well as the pursuit of building quality, extensive building development gradually doesn't keeping up with the times and the situation requires, more and more companies and local seek more advanced building way. Steel concrete composite structure has become the most widely applied form in high-rise building structural.Current national standards includes People's Republic of China black metallurgy industry standards ? Technical Specification for Reinforced Concrete Structures?YB 9028-2006, People's Republic of China industry standard ?Technical specification for steel reinforced concrete structures in combination?JGJ 138-2001 etc.In this paper, with reference to the above industry standards and relevant codes, reading papers of this field, cracking load, the difference of ultimate load capacity, final failure mode, deflection and hysteretic curve of joints of prefabricate steel reinforced concrete primary beam and reinforced concrete secondary beam between that of cast-in-place.The results of software simulation showed that:performance in all aspects of joints of prefabricate steel reinforced concrete primary beam and reinforced concrete secondary beam agree with that of cast-in-place.Theoretical analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity and crack of joints of prefabricate steel reinforced concrete primary beam and reinforced concrete secondary beam, compare it with simulated results. ultimate bearing capacity of joints of prefabricate steel reinforced concrete primary beam and reinforced concrete secondary beam lower than that of cast-in-place.Final results showed that difference between joints of prefabricate steel reinforced concrete primary beam and reinforced concrete secondary beam and cast-in-place is small, and the construction style can be widely applied in multistory-tall buildings. The results of software simulation showed that:performance in all aspects of joints of prefabricate steel reinforced concrete primary beam and reinforced concrete secondary beam agree with that of cast-in-place.
