Research On Transit Operation Environment Improvement Countermeasure Of Heze

In recent years, with the improvement of urban economy, private car ownership is increasing rapidly, road infrastructure lags behind the diversified transportation demands of urban residents and increasing traffic congestion. Public transport is an efficient, low cost way to alleviate urban traffic congestion, improve road efficiency plays an important role. Therefore, the city at home and abroad gradually began to attach importance to the development and construction of public transport. Since public transport development is behind the development of private cars, road resources lack of contradiction, a series of questions of traffic management and public transport themselves, resulting in poor public transport operating environment, poor-quality public transport service. Therefore, the research on transit operation environment improvement countermeasure can improve public transport service quality, improve transit trip sharing ratio and then relieve traffic congestion fundamentally, and it’s very important to building a sustainable urban transport system and promote harmonious development of city.This paper takes Heze city in Shandong province for a case,firstly,based on the connotative meaning of operation environment about transit,analyzed the influence factor of operation environment about transit and some correlation theory from internal and external, combined transit priority theory, traffic microcirculation theory, pushed pulled theory, and sustainable development theory, applied the research methods as the field survey, case analysis, comparison and induction and so on, analyzed the construction case of public traffic system at home and abroad, and acquire some enlightenment. Secondly, analyzed the opportunities and challenges of the public transportation development, analyzed the problem of transit operation from road traffic and transit,analyzed the primary cause of these problems. Lastly, based on the successful experience of domestic city related, proposed the improvement principles of transit operation environment, researched the improvement of transit operation environment,from awareness improving, sector collaboration management, perfect bus run platform, improving transit foundation facilities and building integration bus line network, hope to play a certain reference role to Heze and the similar areas in the transit improvement and traffic management.
