For carrying out economic research b,houses and traditional houses of the bill of quantities mode were prepared BOQ,between cold-formed low-rise steel housing and traditional housing,worked out the BOQ and had a bill price, and from quantities, project cost consists of two aspects comparative analysis.Through the above study, get the following conclusions: In the same building axis, the same use function, the cold-formed steel building houses have the smallest construction area, but the largest effective use space and the smallest building coefficient, whereby it, while buyers, cold-formed steel buildings are best meets their needs and the most cost-effective form of architectural structures.Cold-formed steel housing zero brickwork usage characteristic, compared with the traditional houses, reduce the use of cement, masonry and other materials, can significantly reduce the production of CO2, SO2 and other harmful gases, to reduce pressure on the ecological environment role, thus proving the cold-formed steel housing and environment-friendly features.Cold-formed steel structure housing construction cost slightly more than traditional houses, but, in consideration of the effective use of building space, the value of recycled steel and other factors, cold-formed steel buildings unilateral cost less than traditional houses, among them, the material cost is the main factor affecting their part of the project cost, cylindrical wall decoration materials costis the most important factor, rather than the cost of steel, labor costs can be reduced the project cost between cold-formed steel houses and traditional houses.Thus, high effective use of space, high cost, high environmental benefits and other characteristics of the cold-formed steel houses will be conducive to the promotion.
