H Company Budget Management Research

Budget,due to its unique from the plan to control,from the financial resources to non-financial resources,from the organization to the individual systematic and comprehensive,has developed into the modern business enterprise management control system of the core part.How to effectively apply comprehensive budget to enterprises,through the comprehensive budget management improve enterprise management level,improve enterprise competitive advantage,thus to achieve corporate strategic objectives,is the enterprise of common concern to the problem.H company is wei yu household supplies,main products are clean wash basin,toilet and other ceramic products,in addition,the floor tile of wall of H company also has a faucet,bathroom cabinet,hardware and accessories such as household products that defend bath.With the enlargement of enterprise scale,both in external market environment and internal management in a constantly changing,enterprises are faced with the problem more complex,to reconstruct enterprise's core competitive ability,enterprise's management ability needs to continue to improve,enterprises on the basis of the original budget management,the need to rethink the construction of a new budget control management model.In this paper,a series of problems exist in the implementation of budget management of H company,and the research is carried out along the line of "asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems".Quoted in this paper,through the method of theory with practice,comprehensive budget management,on the basis of related literature and theory on the problems existing in the budget management of H company in-depth analysis,from improving the budget management system and enhance the influence of the company's management level,suggest that H company from aspects such as budgeting,budget execution,budget assessment to improve,and proposed the specific solution and measures to provide reference for the enterprise,for H company to help achieve business objectives and development strategy in the future.
