With the rapid development of railway transport, railway products have been sold at home and abroad, on the one hand shows the prowess of railway transport infrastructure, on the other hand multiple output growth has greatly increased the security risk, which tracks the performance of the traction motor put forward higher requirements, the traction motor toward larger, higher performance direction, so as traction motor and key components- a film around the envelope, to enhance its overall performance and stability particularly critical.At present, because of backward production equipment, it is difficult to protect the stability of the device during the manufacturing process for control of process parameters,resulting in significant performance differences between different batches, and the film production process technology envelope around the complex since the process parameters can not be curing in the manufacturing process would often bare wire oxidation, bubbles, bare wire pinholes, uneven size, bubble film, an insulating layer damaged scratches, uneven pitch,partial discharge, flooding, thermal shock resistance substandard.This article from the production equipment, bare wire technology, thin-film line process three aspects of the film around the envelope improvements:I. Film around the envelope to improve production equipment, from the high-frequency heating control system, high frequency induction coil, infrared thermometer, constant tension controller around Baotou, Baotou around the motor and other equipment to transform, in order to improve stability of process control equipment for process improvements to provide a reliable device protection.II. Bare wire technology improvements, respectively issue a bare copper surface oil, burr,black spots, surface printing and pits, surface pinholes, surface oxidation and other processes to produce optimized, through the various issues factors observation and experimental analysis, in order to obtain the optimal process for optimal quality bare wires and bare wire processing.III. The thin film line process improvements to address the envelope surface of the insulating layer around the film bubble problem, partial discharge resistant performance problems, one by one analysis of process parameters that affect performance, and one by one test demonstration, to give the best quality and film line optimal process for film processing line.Through testing and analysis found that increasing the current feedback system and control panel with a helical coil instead of rectangular coil as an induction heating coil in a stable device performance increase production speed, increased infrared tracker around the inner header, wrapped in the guide wheel a layer of rubber, a polishing motor speed is adjusted to 1000 rpm / min, pressure of cleaning 4Mpa, mounting means within the jets around the header, to optimize the bare die processing into inlet cone angle of 60°, buff alumina material disposed vacuum temperature of 120?, filled with nitrogen as a protective gas, with alcohol on the surface of the copper wire drawing after washing, the use of PVC material for copper wire isolation protection, wrap angle of 62°, the film pull tight force 4.5kg-4.6kg, high frequency induction heating coil temperature of 260-270?, the induction heating coil outlet pressure is less than the distance from the wheel 20 cm, the consolidation of the sintering temperature at 450?, 0.8mm copper conductor radius when selected, can solve the bare oxidation, bubble, pinhole bare wire, bubble film, an insulating layer damaged scratches,uneven pitch, partial discharge, flooding, envelope thermal shock performance problems and many other specialty films around, get the best films around the envelope performance. On this basis, the successful development of MYFCRB-23 series of special tape wrapped wire products.
