The building is part of the history and culture,the building itself is the manifestation of urban historical context,so far architecture has a long history,was a witness to the history of urban development.C hina's vast,jiangshan,reproduced in five thousand created countless to lament the world architectural legend,but they are due to disrepair or have been a lot of damaged by artificially was presented.The lack of the destruction of historic buildings and culture context inheritance cannot make a city development.In response to the national policy of protection of historic buildings,in order to better development of urban construction,for the sake of historical memory.In historic buildings in teck whye one hundred "great white floor" responsibility to protect has profound significance.In this paper,first of all,the protection of historic buildings has carried on the theoretical summary,combined with the countries of the world historical building protection concept and concrete analysis,laws and regulations and relevant international charter for dehui conservation and utilization "great white tower" in has carried on the comprehensive analysis,put forward the corresponding protection measures,repair strategy and value evaluation.Re ference of protection and utilization of historic buildings technology at home and abroad,in view of the historic buildings dehui "great white tower" in the process of protection and utilization of possible problems put forward a set of relatively complete protection and use of technical conditions,and combining with related cases detailed rules for the interpretation.The research and writing this article is trying to preliminary for protection and utilization of regional tsarist times building in a set of protection strategy suitable to China's national conditions and the corresponding technical methods.Fill the blank of the tsarist times historical building protection in our country,is more important to the protection and utilization to provide technical reference for the future.
