Study On The Utilization And Protection Of The Historic Building Relics-Jilin Section Of The Chinese Eastern Railway

The stem line and the spur lines of the Chinese Eastern Railway is the highly representative achievements of large-scale linear industrialized civilization remaining in northeast of China.Jilin section in the upper part of the Chinese Eastern Railway Spur Line,along which remains a large number of Russian industrial and residential historic buildings with unique shape and different style,shares the same strain of the Chinese Eastern Railway.It is an indispensable part of the entire Chinese Eastern Railway historical and cultural heritage with the typical characteristics of the times and industrial value.But today,Russian historic buildings in Jilin section of the Chinese Eastern Railway are facing the phenomena of structure aging,vandalism and so on for it,not like most of the historic buildings in the Chinese Eastern Railway,is out of the national leveled protection list.Therefore,protection and utilization research work on it is urgent.This paper takes the Russian historic buildings in Jilin section of the Chinese Eastern Railway as the main research subject.First,from a macro perspective,the development and change of Russian history and the type of building in Jilin section of the Chinese Eastern Railway are analyzed to reveal its origin and influences,and reorganize its existence form and functional properties to have a clear study on the characteristics and condition of the subject.Secondly,from a practical point of view,an overall research on it is done through field research,data summary,value assessment,data analysis,problem analysis and other research methods.All aspects and value of the Russian historic buildings in Jilin section of the Chinese Eastern Railway are presented directly,meanwhile its rank is judged according to the results of value assessment to providebasic information for hierarchical protection and utilization.Finally,from the perspective of experience,relevant domestic and abroad historic buildings protection documents are summarized and status and problems of Russian historical buildings in Jilin section of the Chinese Eastern Railway are combined with the attempt to explore some effective policies to realize the protection and utilization,including environmental,functional,technical and cultural policy and etc.The methods and basis of utilization and protection of the Russian historic buildings in Jilin section of the Chinese Eastern Railway are provided to raise people's awareness of the historic buildings protection,so as to make good use of this particular railway industrial civilization heritage to create more value for society.
