The Reseach On The Construction Of The Small Towns And Ecological Pattern In The Forest Region In Jilin Province

Jiling province,as a ecological province,have rich forest resources.Many small towns located in the east part,where forest resources are the leading industry,has its own characteristics.Their development are based on the Changbai mountain,but with the adjustment of national macro-policy and the decline of its own industry,the construction of these small towns are slowing down.Meanwhile,Changbai mountain,as one one the important natural and ecological barrier in our country,it is necessary to think about how to coordinate the conflict between construction and development of small towns and protection of natural ecological environment,how to reasonably control the development and construction of these small towns in the future.This paper is on the basis of small forest towns,combined with the regional pattern for ecological security(RPES)theory and landscape pattern analysis method.The main purpose is to make some innovation research on ecological security pattern of these small towns by using ArcGIS' space analysis function.According to the current situation of their leading industry,traffic location and spatial scale,nine typical small towns were picked out as the research objects: Shilazi town,Baishishan town,Linjiang city,Songjianghe town,Fusong town,Lvshuihe town,Quanyang town,Jingyu town and Changbaishan town.From the perspective of research,the construction of small forest towns are mainline.The development history of these small towns would be objectively divided into several stages and the characteristics of its own stage would be analyzed.Regional ecological pattern are the subordinate line.The research method is quantitative research on ecological pattern of typicalsmall forest towns by using related software,like ArcGIS.It analyzes their variation characteristics and makes a evaluation system of small towns' ecological security pattern.Moreover,two typical small towns' regional ecological security pattern are constructed and some future strategies are put forward.Via the quantified research on coordinated development between the construction of typical small forest town in Jiling province and ecological protection,this paper will provide some relevant guidance and reference for reasonably controlling of their future construction and development.It will also provide some new theories and methods for small towns future development.
