Mountain towns in geological hazard-prone areas are the basic unit for maintaining the stability and health of the ecological environment in mountainous regions of China.In recent years,the ecological security problems in this area have become increasingly prominent.On the one hand,geological disasters have caused a large number of ecological and social environmental damages in the region;on the other hand,unreasonable urban construction has also generated many potential ecological risks.Therefore,how to based on the particularity and complexity of the ecological security problems of mountain towns in geological disaster-prone areas,exploring the methods of mountain towns in the region to achieve ecological security has become an important issue that needs to be urgently solved.The construction of ecological security patterns has also become a response to mountain towns in the region the key to sustainable development.Based on relevant theories and research foundations,this paper discusses the construction framework and method of the ecological security pattern of mountain towns in geological hazard-prone areas,and takes Lushan County,Ya’an,Sichuan as an example to conduct an experimental study and proposes corresponding planning strategies under the constraints of the ecological security pattern.The thesis discusses from the following four parts,based on the logic of "basic analysis-method construction-empirical researchplanning response" :Firstly,clarify the relevant theories and research foundations of this article.On the basis of sorting out the research progress and the basic theories that have an important supporting role to the arguments of this article,the relationship between geological disasters and the ecological security pattern of mountain towns is analyzed in depth from the three aspects of main impact,impact characteristics,and pattern changes,and the necessity of studying the ecological security pattern of mountain towns under the influence of geological disasters is clarified,and further summarizing the problems faced by ecological security of mountainous cities and towns in geological disaster-prone areas are mainly manifested in three aspects: complex geological conditions,geological disasters are easy to occur;fragile ecosystems,landscape connectivity Weakening;the relationship between man and land is tense and unreasonable construction exists.Based on this,it provides relevant basis for exploring the construction framework and practical methods of the ecological security pattern in the region.Secondly,initially establish a method for constructing the ecological security pattern of mountain towns in areas prone to geological disasters.By combing the existing ecological security pattern construction methods,summarized the deficiencies in the application of construction methods in mountain towns with geological hazards.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,the thinking of research on the ecological security pattern of mountain towns in geological hazard-prone areas based on a single ecological process is determined.Combining the particularities of mountain towns in geological hazard-prone areas,starting from the three aspects of geological disaster safety,water resources safety and biological protection safety,for a single ecological process,form a technical framework for the construction of a single ecological security pattern in mountainous towns in geological hazard-prone areas composed of nine types of elements and corresponding multiple factors and data,and a detailed analysis of the assessment and construction methods of each single ecological security pattern,and then a comprehensive ecological security pattern of mountain towns in geological hazard-prone areas is constructed.Thirdly,based on the method of constructing the ecological security pattern of mountain towns in geological hazard-prone areas,the method application study was carried out with Lushan County as the research area.Based on the analysis of the current situation,geological disasters and landscape pattern characteristics of the study area,the assessment and construction of the geological disaster security pattern,water resources security pattern,and biological protection security pattern have realized the identification of the comprehensive ecological security pattern in Lushan County,and further analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of the results to provide relevant basis for the urban and rural planning coping strategies of Lushan County.Finally,based on the results of the construction of the comprehensive ecological security pattern in Lushan County,Ya’an City,on the basis of summarizing the current status and advantages of ecological security in Lushan County,from the three aspects of protecting the ecological environment,strengthening urban and rural disaster avoidance;conforming to the ecological process and optimizing the ecological security pattern;continuing the ecological constraints and guiding the rational layout of urban and rural areas,the planning response strategy under the constraints of the ecological security pattern of Lushan County,and further advocate the necessity of establishing an ecological security pattern in the field of urban and rural planning.
