At present,the research of theory and practice about the ultimate bearing capacity of the single Concrete Plate-Expanded Pile(the CPE pile)has made great progress,in theory research,the calculating formulas of the CPE pile most researched from two kind of force situation such as compression resistance and tensile resistance,the calculating formula of compressive pile divides into single plate,double plates and many plates,when researching on compressive pile with many plates,according to the effect of the bearing plate-expanded,it divides into longer and shorter space of plate,so does the research of calculating formula of the uplift pile.The experimental study about the CPE pile mainly includes the small scale model pile of half section experiment and the large scale real pile experiment of bored concrete pile with half section,in the current study,which refers to the parameters of the bearing plate-expanded of the CPE pile mainly include the pile diameter,the space between the bearing plate-expanded,the position,the height of the bearing plate-expanded,the shape and amount and so on.But there is still needing deep research about the effect of the diameter and slope angle of the bearing plate on the compressive failure of the CPE pile.In order to design more reasonable shape of the CPE pile,this paper study the effect of the diameter and slope angle of the bearing plate on the compressive failure of the CPE pile by combining the theory with practice.On the study of the experiment,adopting the undisturbed soil model of the small scale model pile of half section originally to determine the failure mechanism of the soil,at the same time,using the ANSYS software to model analysis the same specification of the concrete according to 1:1of the CPE pile,then analyzing the result of displacement and stress,and comparing with the result of experiment,and getting the value range of the diameter and slope angle of the bearing plate-expanded about the best compressive capacity of the CPE pile.The creation of this paper is the method of experiment study,in order to obtain more reliable experiment data,inspired by the original small scale model pile of half section buried soil experiment and real pile experiment of the project team,this paper has made big improvement on experimental method and equipment,such as experimental method,firstly adopting the undisturbed soil as experimental soil sample,and making model pile on the basis of 1:50 the CPE pile specification of practical engineering,according to the diameter and slope angle of the bearing plate-expanded parameter,controlling the variate and designing two group of model piles for comparing the experiment phenomenon.On the experimental equipment,whether from the design of soil sampler and loading platform,the purchase of loading and observation equipment,comparing with many experiment programs for repeated deliberation,choosing the program which the construction process is simple and practical,short duration,amount of engineering cost is lower,also meet the experimental science,flexibility and reliability of the scheme implementation,to provides sufficient theoretical and experimental basis to design a more reasonable compressive CPE pile type.The achievement of the undisturbed soil model experiment of the effect of diameter and slope angle of the bearing plate on the compressive failure mechanism of the CPE pile will enrich and improve the design theory of the CPE pile type,and making supplement to the practical engineering application,playing a certain role in promoting the study and application of piles with the CPE pile.At the same time,thenew experiment method also provide a good reference for the study of pile foundation.
