The Concrete Expended-Plates Pile is developing in the original cross section ordinary concrete filling pile,it is a new type of pile foundation form that improve the bearing capacity of pile body by drilling hole expanding bearing plate.Due to expansion of concrete plate pile has high bearing capacity of single pile,design flexible,cost savings,wide applicable scope,low pollution of characteristics,thus gradually applied to engineering.Due to bearing force behavior of the Concrete Expended-Plates pile is complex,people is not fully understanding of the load-bearing characteristics,Theoretical research of the Concrete Expended-Plates pile is far behind the engineering practice.At present,Yongmei Qian professor,Xinsheng Yin professor and Baohan shen professor made a careful study and important conclusions of the Concrete Expended-Plates pile,greatly improve the study of the theory of the Concrete Expended-Plates pile.However,the current study are basically on the bearing plate are in a sticky soil mechanical performance and failure mechanism of research.At the scene of the actual,each site soil layer thickness are different,Disc in different soil layer thickness and the plate on the adjacent soil thickness different influence factors of the Concrete Expended-Plates pile still need further study.This article mainly is the thickness of the plate in soil on the soil of different influences on the pile performance of the concrete expansion of undisturbed soil test and research,assisted with ANSYS software of finite element analysis.Under the condition of uplift,also to the thickness of the tray of adjacent soil and soil different kinds of simulation analysis.First of all,through the observation test of pile soil in the process of damage as you can see,concrete plate pile at the beginning of the load,and the compression(tension),plate up(down)under the soil by compaction,gradually with the constant improvement of the load,the soil compaction degree is more and more big.In this process,soil compaction,outward along the rim constantly to achieve a certain state started recycling,compression of the soil is roughly "heart-shaped" distribution,which fully shows that the tray thread sliding resistance theory to calculate more in line with the actual situation.Second,by using ANSYS finite element analysis software,and making a displacement-load curve by combining the test record in the process of displacement and load data,and researching on the disc in soil layer plate under the condition of different soil thickness,the Concrete Expended-Plates pile displacement load curve change trends and the ultimate bearing capacity situation of the pile.The research results show that the pressure against the Concrete Expended-Plates pile,when the thickness of plate in soil on the soil is more than 1.5 times the diameter cantilever,enlarge the compressive bearing capacity of piles is bigger.Against the uplift of the Concrete Expended-Plates pile,when the tray adjacent soil thickness is more than three times the cantilever diameter,thickness of plates in soil on soil change,enlarge the compressive bearing capacity of piles is almost the same.This paper puts forward the innovative half cross sections of undisturbed soil model test.First of all,the experiment with the expansion of piles is part section pile,such can more clearly see the whole of the damage.Second,test using soil belongs to the undisturbed soil,not only ensure the soil mass in accordance with the actual condition of construction site,and ensure the test efficiency.In this paper,the research for the design of the expansion concrete piles provides a reliable basis,at the same time help to vigorously promote the technology,the expansion of concrete piles have much more social benefits and economic benefits.
