| In many metropolises of China,the using ratio of bicycle is very high because it is one of the green economic trip mode,but it also affects the motor vehicle travel,and the large amount of disordered driving bicycle brings very great burden to the traffic of central city.So we use traffic demand and traffic supply the two ways to solve the problem of bicycle traffic and establish green traffic.In addition,the phenomenon that urban bicycles lie in chaos greatly affects the environment of the city.So,for the sustainable urban development,it has great significance to solve the problem of bicycle traffic.Development of bicycle transport can optimize the structure of urban transportation,can effectively solve the orbit traveler‘s "the last kilometer" problem.This paper first analyzes the traffic characteristics of bicycle and rail transit,and then points out that it is very necessary for our country to implement the transfer of rail transit and bicycle by combining with the differences and complements of the two kinds of transportation,The design and planning for establishment of the park-and-ride facilities to transfer should base on the transferring demand.On the account of the obtained data from Chengdu line 5 bicycle travel questionnaire,combined with the foreign demand forecasting mode to establish Hierarchical Logit utility function model for the sharing ratio of bike transfer orbit,add the site situation land use in the model,and validate the demand forecasting model.After determine the transferring passenger flow volume,plan and design the parking of bicycle transferring to rail transit.The research content mainly includes the facility location and model establishment,the design principle,requirement,classification,facilities design,organization and management and auxiliary policies of the parking lot.Finally,using line 5 of Chengdu as an example,based on the analysis of the Chengdu site surrounding land use and population employment situation,use the method of four stages to achieve the passenger flow volume of Chengdu five line rail.According to the proportion of residents’ different way to travel to get the bicycle traffic volume,according to the orbit passenger flow volume of each traffic site to calculate bicycle traffic of each site,and finish the demand for validating the established transferring model.And obtain the turnover rate of each site according to the results,then calculated the scale of necessary bicycle transferring site around Chengdu metro line 5 stations.Use the large provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine site as a typical example,use “the space analysis +Topsis” method to complete the transfer to facility location optimization,discuss and apply the bike transfer to rail transit system. |
