Researh On Safety Facilities And Situalition Settings For Mountain Road

With the development of the western region,the transportation infrastructure construction of the western region has been greatly developed,while the western region is mountainous,the mountains are more and more,and the special topography and geomorphology are higher in the construction of highway traffic safety facilities.Over the years,due to the terrain and funding constraints,the main part of highway engineering construction achievements striking,but traffic safety facilities into the a weak link,according to the characteristics of mountain terrain,research on the setting of traffic safety facilities.Therefore,it has important practical significance to study the establishment of traffic safety facilities in mountainous areas.This paper analyzes the traffic accidents in rural areas in Chongqing mountainous area,and analyzes the regularity of the occurrence of rural highway traffic accidents,and summarizes the existing problems in the safety management of rural highway in mountainous areas.On the basis of the four aspects of human factors,rural passenger transport,road conditions and safety management system to analyze the impact factors of rural highway traffic safety,the highway traffic accidents in mountainous areas is not only because of the poor road alignment,the safety awareness of people,the safety performance of vehicles and the lack of law enforcement management is the main cause of highway traffic accidents in mountainous areas.At the same time,the paper puts forward the evaluation index of dangerous road section of mountainous rural highway,and puts forward the evaluation method of highway traffic safety,and puts forward the safety level evaluation criteria,and provides technical support for the basic technical personnel to improve the security facilities in mountainous areas.At last,from the macro management level,it is very important to improve the traffic safety of mountainous area by the reasonable setting of safety equipment,which can effectively reduce the number of accidents and reduce the severity of accidents.according to the characteristics of mountainous highway,and combined with the technical and financial constraints in the process of mountain highway construction,the standard and related parameters are put forward.Finally,with the analysis of the data of mountainous highway safety facilities,through the investigation and rectification of the actual road,to verify the optimization theory of mountain highwaysafety facilities setting.
