China has a vast territory and the road network is developed.China’s traffic mileage reached 4.5 million kilometers by the end of 2014.Our country is a place where has high incidence of flood disaster all over the world.About 24% of road area has occurred flooding disaster,the situation of which is serious.Our country is mainly in subtropical climate zone.Both the mountains and hills and summer’s abundant rainfall provides the internal and external conditions for flash floods,landslides and other geological disasters.Most mountain highway are built on mountains along the river,the geological condition of which along the river is relatively complex,so the river highway geological disasters and floods occurred frequently.At present,disaster prevention and mitigation of the highway waterlogging disaster already has drawn great attention of highway construction and maintenance management.However,so far it is still in the departments in charge of highways in the flood season surprise inspections and in accordance with the procedures of the general construction project for disaster control after flood disaster which also in a passive control state.Moreover disaster harnessing technology for targeted is not strong,the lack of the emergency repair technology of the affected sections,which can’t meet the urgent needs of the regional economic construction and national defense combat readiness in the security.It is also the key issue to the "The Belt and Road" national strategies to be solved.This paper aimed at river road waterlogging emergency repair which is a major social welfare science and technology issues,using field investigation and engineering structure research methods.We put forward three kinds of emergency repair technology to along the river road waterlogging disaster: “subgrade gap combined bridge” “roadbed washout period of anchor frame structure” and “reinforced concrete pavement plate impending emergency repair technology”.Then we analyze the structural stability of emergency repair technology.The river road waterlogging emergency repair technology is in a more in-depth study so as to put it into the use of actual rescue and disaster relief which can ensure the safety of people’s lives and property,the key technologies of flood emergency repair are studied systematically.To obtain the following results:(1)For gap hazard of subgrade,we put forward “roadbed gap combined bridge "emergency repair technology,applying statically indeterminate structure mechanics method to establish the combination bridge internal force calculation method.In the last,we proposed the construction method of this technology;(2)For subgrade washout off road,we put forward “roadbed rushed lost segment of anchor frame structure” emergency repair,applying mechanical methods to establish emergency anchor pull frame beam,oblique supporting structure internal force calculation formula and anchor rope stability calculation method,and also proposed the construction method of this technology;(3)For reinforced concrete pavement plate dangling section of new reinforcement method,we established the calculating formula of impending reinforced concrete pavement plate bending moment,maximum allowable suspension width of the road panel and anchoring steel rope tension,proposed the construction method of this technology.
