The national infrastructure has been developed rapidly since the policy of reforming and opening up had been implemented,especially the construction of port is mushrooming.But security issues have become increasingly prominent with the rapid development.The main part of problem is caused by high-piled wharf which has been widely applied in the coastal areas.it arises many security problem because of complex construction process and involves the construction of water and land.Thus,this article bases on the science and technology project of Zhejiang Provincial Department of transportation-"research on coastal wharf engineering construction safety and risk assessment index system",in the condition of complicated external influencing factors,carries out analysis from the aspects of the influencing factors of all the participants on construction safety in construction stage,factors affecting the overall construction safety as well as factors affecting the construction safety of subprojects respectively.The main research contents and relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)It bases on a lot of related literature on risk management at home and abroad,combining with the construction characteristics of high-piled wharf,establishing the influencing factors of all the participants on construction safety in construction stage.Adopting Bayesian network model calculation software GeNIe to calculate and analyze the main risk factors from all participants,the key risk control points from all participants of the construction is found.(2)Analyzing risk factors which have an impact on the safety of general construction of coastal high-pile wharf as well as establishing the corresponding evaluation index system.The general construction safety risk is assessed by taking a wharf in Shenjiawan as an example which provides a reference for the future evaluation of the general construction safety risk of high-piled wharf.Determining the risk factors of construction safety of subprojects in coastal high-piled wharf and finding out the key control points of risk in the construction of the subprojects in coastal high-piled wharf,establishing the evaluation index system of the construction safety risk of each branch.At the same time,assessing safety risk of branch engineering construction by analyzing an example of Wenzhou Zhuangyuanao Wharf which provides a reference for the risk assessment of the construction safety of subprojects in coastal high-piled wharf in the future.(3)Putting forward the corresponding control measures on the risk of key points onthe construction of coastal high-pile wharf,and putting forward specific risk control measures for other important construction work,at the same time,it establishes the key points of construction supervision.
