Since the founding of our country,the transportation construction has achieved significant development,and the bridge construction has also accordingly made great progress.With the passage of time,We have made impressive achievements in the construction of long-span bridges.In the efforts of the practitioners,the curse gradually becomes a thoroughfare,and a number of long span bridges have been built in our vast land.The suspension bridge has the advantage in spanning performance,which makes it occupied an important position in the field of long span bridges.In the mountain area,it is hard to transport the bridge structural components and construction equipment because of the limitation of the terrain,as well as the construction of the bridge.Therefore,it is more and more important to study the lifting technology of cable for the construction of the stiffening girder of cable bridges in the mountain area.This article studies the key technologies of cable hoisting system through the follows:1.Introduces the commonly used hoisting methods of the suspension bridge stiffening girder,by comparing their respective characteristics,summarizes the applicable conditions of various construction methods;2.From a security point of view,it sums up the key technical points of the main components of the suspension bridge cable hoisting system in the mountain areas,such as bearing cable,traction cable,crane cable,lifting and hoisting cable car,bearing horses and other major bearing components,and generalizes the structural requirements,the load suffered,structural calculation,etc.as well.Then on this basis summarizes the key technical points of the main components of the cable hoisting system,and provides reference for the design of the hoisting cable system;3.Taking Longjiang bridge kilometer-grade hoisting suspension system as an engineering example to calculate and analyze its security;4.Using the finite element model to analyze the security of the suspension hoisting system with the increasing of the span spacing,with other conditions remain unchanged;5.Using the finite element model,analyzes under the limited hoist,say under thesame security circumstances,by analyzing the lifting capacity,material utilization,the changes on the proportion of weight,to get the practicability with the spacing increase of the span.
