With the continuous development of the transport sector,bridge traffic is increasingly becoming an indispensable part of the industry.Bearing as a component superstructure playing a relatively important role in the entire structure the durability and safety of bridge have a relation with the bearing,the structure of laminated rubber bearing is simple,also the bearing easy to use,durable and widely used.The role of impact of car will withstand greater force to the bearing,which is a cause of bearing failure,but dynamic bearing study is less.Therefore,it is simulated and analyzed by finite element model when driving car in a different way,and mechanism of action under the impact of the destruction of the holder.Firstly,make an introduction about the development of the domestic and for eign laminated rubber bearing and the construction types and characteristics of th e bearing,and generalize the collision theory and related technology of LS-DYN A,the contact type of LS-DYNA and hourglass control and time step control tec hnology,using the HyperMesh to build the three dimensional solid model of cars,bridges and bearing,make a brief analysis of the force of the bearing which is under the weight of the bridge and present the force compare with driving with different velocity and different weight and different place,and the study of comp-are with the force when the car jumps on the bridge with different height,diffe-rent velocity,different weight and different place show that:(1)For the condition that the car has the same quality but the different speed,when the car is getting on the bridge,the faster speed it has,the greater the impact force to the bearing,driving with four different positions,when the driving position is near the flange plate where is adjacent to laminated rubber bearing which is suffered the greater the response.The part of bearing on the web and across the compressible stress near the corner suffered the most,which is the position more prone to damage.(2)For different weight of car bump at bridge head,when the larger mass,the greater the response to the dynamic bearing.When the mass is 13 t or more,there will be jumping secondary impact stress on the bearing stress than the first generation increase 25%,for different dislocation height,when the height of each dislocation increased 1cm,the stress of bearing suffered growth up to 50%,for jumping at different positions,and when the bearing is located between the two vehicles,the bearing suffered the maximum stress.When jumping on the bridge,the rubbers bearing by the web into the corner suffered the maximum stress,and then rely on the steel sheet into the web and across the corner appears a larger stress concentration.(3)For impact damage of the laminated rubber bearing,the first layer and the fourth layer steel plate appear cracking phenomenon firstly,regardless bearing separation 1/2 or 1/4 bearing separation,the damaged position of the steel sheet is at the longer side of the plate.
