Study On The Optimized Spatiotemporal Layout And Operation Management Of The Facilities And Equipment In The Asphalt Mixing Plant

Asphalt mixing plant is particularly important in asphalt pavement construction,and its characteristics of operation efficiency,layout reasonable and advanced management play a vital role in highway construction.Now,the layout of the domestic asphalt mixing plant still depend on experience.Lacking of scientific theory and normative model to layout of the asphalt mixing plant,so the layout of the asphalt mixing plant is casual and the production efficiency of asphalt mixing plant is low.Bcause this industry have not to relate to layout,this paper considered the process characteristics and space relations of the facilities and equipment in asphalt mixing plant.Referencing planning theory of Logistics Park and mathematical methods to research on the spatiotemporal layout.and operation management of the asphalt mixing plant.Asphalt mixing plant planning becomes reasonable and economy.It can provide a certain reference value for the future study on the spatiotemporal layout and operation management in asphalt mixing plant.the research conclusions are as follows:1.According to the process and structure of recycled asphalt mixture mixing plant,the paper is divided the functional areas into several parts.The paper analyzed the asphalt mixing plant in crafts,times,space and proposed a new model of entrance ore,storge ore and transport ore.2.This research proposed the theory and the method of layouting the asphalt mixing plant and also studied on the basis and method to how to adjustment layou optimally.3.The paper establishmented the evaluation system and index of layout programs and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the final layout program.4.The paper presented the management principles and requirements in some parts including quality,efficiency,security and cost.5.Applying the research method about layout planning of asphalt mixing plant in actucl project case to be verified.Through the evaluation demonstrated the applicability of the method to provide the asphalt mixing plant with a reliable theoretical basis and scientific guidelines.
