Now with the rapid construction of asphalt concrete pavement,asphalt concrete mixing station selection is becoming more and more important.In order to meet the needs of municipal road periodicity maintenance,long distance transport of asphalt concrete is difficult to achieve high efficiency and fast road maintenance goals,so that the construction of urban asphalt concrete mixing station gradually entered the people's vision,and the distance between the municipal road and plant has been narrowed.At present,there are still many problems in the construction of asphalt concrete mixing station:(1)There is no uniform standard in asphalt concrete mixing station layout,therefore,the layout of the various functional areas,although with greater maneuverability,but the lack of feasible reference standards;(2)The concept of urban regeneration plant construction is relatively novel,at the same time,there is a great difficulty in construction,although the material transport has great convenience,but how to avoid interference in other areas need to be carefully considered,thus increasing the difficulty of mixing station layout.This paper innovatively introduces the concept of urban asphalt concrete recycling plant,the value and necessity of its existence are expounded,based on the environmental protection and energy saving of the two tasks to improve the shortcomings of the traditional mixing station,provides a new layout concept,and initially obtained a set of layout plans to adapt to the production operation and process flow of the recycling plant.Specifically,application of SLP theory to the formation of the general layout plan of the regenerated plant under certain constraints;combined with RMS reconstruction system theory,the layout of production functional area is analyzed,the production functional area layout scheme is formed under the condition that the height condition is limited,including the plane layout plan and elevation layout scheme.The former divides the production system into three layers from the angle of plane,through the lateral arrangement of each layer structure,thus,the relative position of each subsystem is determined;the latter analyzes the layout from the angle of elevation,and through the elevation of the relative position of the plan to complete the layout of the facade.In the overall layout plan and the production area layout program formation process,considering the relationship between the production equipment and the functional area of the mixing station,comply with the relevant constraints,the existing layout mode of production area is improved and optimized.Through reasonably splitting the screening device,the metering device,the heat storage device and the stirring device of the main mixing plant,thereby reducing the height of the elevation,saving the operating costs of the lifting device.Based on the principle of optimal economic efficiency and maximum space utilization,and analyzes the rationality and feasibility of each system under certain layout scheme,using gray multi-level evaluation and GA algorithm and other ways to form a better layout,so as to provide some reference significance and reference value for the follow-up study of the regeneration factory layout.
