The concrete faced rockfill dam(CFRD)originated in the United States in nearly40 years,gradually developed a new class of dam structure type,having a cross-sectional structure,high safety performance,abundant raw materials,the construction is simple and convenient,and low cost,is the world's more of a choice of dam type.Application in China have become increasingly common,especially in the mountainous area rich in raw materials,its construction is better.However,late in the construction of this dam type of application,there have been some early quality disease,the study found that rockfill dam filling and roller compaction process of quality control and evaluation system is imperfect is an important reason for them,traditional quality control methods can not ensure rockfill dam filling and roller compaction construction quality and reliability.Therefore,in order to enhance the quality of management,the research of process quality control and effect evaluation method is very important.In this paper,through the analysis of concrete face rockfill dam filling and roller compaction process,found that heavy and difficult quality management as follows:?The indicator of RCC dam filling process quality control is excessive,and its importance can not be distinguished;?
