The continuous strengthening of water infrastructure construction is an important support for the steady and rapid development of China’s social economy.In the process of water conservancy project construction,it is very important to control the effective cost of schedule and capital investment on the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of the project.Most domestic engineering construction projects still adopt the independent management method,ignoring the relatively complex balance between cost and schedule.It is necessary to study the cost and schedule joint control management method.As one of the most important types of concrete faced rockfill dams(CFRD)in China,there is little research on the construction process of concrete faced rockfill dams in China.Joint cost-schedule control can make the implementation of the project more closely integrated with the original plan,and is more conducive to the control of the whole project.In the process,the real-time analysis results of the project cost-schedule can guide the next stage of work,so as to solve the problem of neglecting the cost when considering the schedule in the past water conservancy project construction.It is of great significance to save the cost and shorten the time limit of the project,so it is of great significance to study the cost and schedule of the project during the construction of CFRD.In this paper,Shichenghe concrete face rockfill dam project as the research object,the earned value theory is applied to the project management.The earned value management of engineering projects is widely applied.Earned value management takes into account the progress and cost of project construction,and can comprehensively evaluate the efficiency and quality of project construction.Based on the analysis of relevant literature on Earned Value Theory and method,this paper analyzes and summarizes the concept,method and evaluation index of earned value management.Taking Shicheng River face rockfill dam project as an example,according to the construction characteristics of the project and from the angle of deviation,this paper analyzes the influencing factors in schedule and cost management,analyzes the necessity of Earned Value Management in Shicheng River face rockfill dam project,and solves the problems of schedule management or cost management separately.The problem is an effective way for project management of Shicheng River face rockfill dam.In addition,this paper carries out an empirical study on the management of the Shicheng River CFRD project,analyzes the progress and cost problems in the project management by using the earned value theory,finds out the problems existing in the construction of the project,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which provides a theory for the rapid and high-quality completion of the Shicheng River CFRD project.Basics.
