Concrete Bridge Deck Long-term Waterproof Binding System Development And Characteristic Research

The waterproof layer is an important part of the bridge deck pavement structure.In fact,because the setting of bridge waterproof layer is not proper lead to the Bridge deck pavement diseases,in serious cases even cause bridge strcture damage.Caused large economic loss and bad social influence.Up to now,Waterproof materials at inland and abroad mainly divided into waterproofing materials,waterproofing coating and seal a few broad categories.Each material has its advantages and disadvantages.On how to choose the waterproof material,Generally based on experience and manufacturers recommended.There are so many Building materials factory and the quality are different so that can be used directly as a bridge waterproof material are very seldom.To sum up,this paper aims to develop a new type of waterproof material for bridge deck.Waterproof structure layer of the bridge floor is generally divided into the bottom coating,waterproof layer and bonding layer,the construction of the layered coating,construction is complex and the cycle is long.For the first time,the self layering technology is applied to the waterproof of the bridge deck,The waterproof layer and the bonding layer will be made one.In this paper,we mainly studied two kinds of materials,which are self layer waterproof adhesive material and JS(polymer cement),In the aspects of waterproof system mechanism,material formulation adjustment,composite performance and comprehensive performance evaluation.To determine the material in the pavement system in the shear strength and tensile strength by shearing test and drawing test.The mechanical strength values were obtained with reference to the mechanical software analysis.Comprehensive performance evaluation of materials to meet the requirements of mechanical strength.Finally develop waterproof materials to meet the engineering requirements.Research results show that: In self layer waterproof system,The two groups of superior formula determined by the key indicators can meet the requirements of mechanical strength.In JS waterproof material,In the optimum ratio,the shear strength meets the requirement,and the drawing strength is slightly lower.Finally,the two groups of materials were tested for low temperature flexibility,water permeability and permeability resistance,Through comprehensive comparative analysis,It isrecommended to choose the self lamination system waterproof and cohesive material as the waterproof adhesive material for concrete bridge deck.
