For the discontinuous construction and the diverse material properties among the semi-rigid base course and the asphalt pavement layers, the bonding of the interface between layer and layer is weaker, and it cannot entirely transfer stress,but by the contact between layers, so it is impossible for the interface to be entirely continuous thereby results in the fatigue damage such as ruts and cracks.this paper analyzes the influence to the pavement structural stress of the different contact conditions between the base course and the asphalt pavement layers by using the BISAR procedure, and obtains regarding takes the pavement structure, along with ratio of slip increasing, from completely continuously condition changes to colnpletely sliding condition, and the biggest shearing stress value of the base course increases, from 0.156MPa to 0.311Mpa; the biggest pulling stress of the bottom of the asphalt layers increases, from-0.048Mpa to 0.243Mpa; the biggest pulling stress of the bottom of the subbase course increases from 0.137MPa to 0.190Mpa, and the calculate Deflection increases from 46.0 (0.01mm) to 54.9 (0.01mm). Also summarizes the pavement structure level the anti- slippery ability influence essential factor.On the base of the domestic and overseas research,and combined with the Fu Xiang freeway test road,a lot of indoor and outdoor felt-layer test have been designed and carried out,and the shear strength, pull strength are suggested to be the indexes to evaluate the felt-layer property. Through carrying on the experimental study of the high molecular polymer modified asphalt, the rubber the rubber powder modified asphalt, the epoxy modified asphalt and the SBS modified asphalt four kind of different tacky surfaces modifier type,and the modifier mixed the quantity as well as the sprayer amount of the tack coat, can determined the best sprayer amount of different tack coat plans. And carries on the comparison to four kind of tack coat performance, determined four kind of different waterproof tack coats experiment road construction plan, through constructing the test road, has conducted the research to the tack coat production and the construction craft.
