With the speed of urban development to accelerate,the resident's disposable income increases,the urban residents of the car retains the volume continued to grow,urban traffic congestion has become more and more serious,leading to the continuous deterioration of the human living environment.Big city radiation radius of geographical space can be up to tens or even hundreds of kilometers,the scale of urban space expanding of urban traffic system put forward new requirements,the traditional bus travel has been unable to adapt to the requirements of urban residents long-distance travel,car travel is congestion in city traffic restrictions will be at a loss.Rail transit has become effective measures to alleviate the city traffic congestion problem with its characteristics of high efficiency and low energy consumption,reduce carbon dioxide emissions from urban transportation,to improve the living environment demands.Through the design of Chongqing city residents travel choice to get the actual data,the micro factors that affect the city residents travel choice are analyzed.Using SPSS software for factor of sifting and correlation analysis,to determinie the significant personal attributes and travel characteristics variables that affect the residents' travel choices.Based on the Logit model and elastic theory,the traffic management of low carbon city is realized through improving the attraction of rail transit.Analyzes the traveler traveler's own characteristics such as age,gender,and income level of residents in chongqing light rail travel choice through the establishment of the multinomial logit model.For car makers,build a cumulative Logit model to analyze the transfer time and walking time preference for car travelers will transfer to rail traffic.Based on the establishment of the multinomial logit and cumulative logit model parameter calibration,through model parameters and goodness of fit test showed that the model fit is good,adopt the method of ratio and elastic analysis analyzed the result of the model.Finally,based on the Chongqing rail transit Niujiaotuo transfer station of field survey data as the basis,analyzes the Chongqing Niujiaotuo transfer station transfer status,distribution and quantitative analysis of transfer facilities.Based on the analysis of the ability of transfer facilitie,this chapter through the analysis of the problems of Chongqing rail transit transfer stations,Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission based on the orbit to Chongqing changes NO.[2013]1872 document about Niujiaotuo transfer channel existing problems,increasing the width of the platform,escalator and staircase width,the travelator relationship transfer walking time measures put forward the proposal to optimize the station facilities layout and the number.Finally,the improved transfer process is analyzed,and the transfer time is shortened,and analysis of the traffic demand elasticity for the transfer time to transport carbon emissions as the goal for effectiveness evaluation.
