In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,The demand for raw materials of petrochemical industry,civil green fuel and other bulk liquid raw materials is increasing.The liquid tank transport of high efficiency and low transportation cost have gradually become the main body of liquid cargo in highway transportation.As the automobile liquid tanker loading mass transport capacity,the liquid tank centroid position is higher and the wheelbase relative to vehicle height is too narrow.The automobile liquid tank car under full load running,which makes vehicle centroid offset increased the possibility of rollover.The medium of transport tankers are flammable,explosive or toxic properties,once the occurrence of rollover,resulting in the leakage of dangerous goods,Causing heavy losses to the personal property of the driver himself and the surrounding personnel,and also cause great damage to the environment.Therefore,developing tank truck's active control system,activing the potential risk of rollover for real-time monitoring,automatic adjustment of the attitude of the vehicle,to improve the lateral stability of the tank truck,avoiding tanker overturned and dangerous goods leakage accident occurred frequently has important meaning.According to the automobile steering liquid tank,the liquid sloshing problems lead to decline in its lateral stability.Based on active anti-roll bar to carry out anti-rollover control tankers research,specific studies are as follows:1)The forced liquid sloshing dynamics analysis.According to the dynamic equation of the forced sloshing of liquid,a mathematical model based on the Euler multiphase flow is established.By using numerical analysis method of tank liquid sloshing in the tank and on the basis of analysis of liquid forced sloshing of offset of center of mass,the liquid sloshing effect on the lateral stability of tank liquid equivalent lateral offset of the centroid.2)Tank truck dynamics modeling.Based on multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS to build dynamic model of tank truck.To research the liquid sloshing effects on the lateral stability of tank truck by analyzing lateral stability parameters about step angle of steering and sine angle input handling stability simulation test loading liquid and solid with same quality.3)The active anti-roll bar design.Based on the vehicle steering roll model to study the effect of lateral stabilizer bar on vehicle lateral stability,on the basis of the analysis of the anti-roll bar stiffness and its internal relations between the structure size,and according to the characteristics of the active anti-roll bar to design hydraulic drive type active anti-roll bar for tank truck.4)Anti-Rollover control characteristic research on tank truck.Based on active anti-roll bar and the fuzzy PID control strategy,with the aim to control lateral load transfer rate,build the anti-rollover control of tank truck,and experiment step angle of steering and sine angle input handling stability simulation.The results show that the anti-Rollover control system can improve the lateral stability of the vehicle,preventing rollover accidents.
