Industry is the backbone of the national economy. Suzhou is located in the Yangtze River delta developed areas. The industrial structure is complex and energy consumption is very large. In the Industrial building energy consumption proportion of energy consumption is increasing. Industrial building energy conservation research has become very important. Compared with other regions, Suzhou industrial building energy saving potential is very large. Therefore, it is important to study the energy consumption level of the industrial buildings in Suzhou, and to evaluate the energy consumption of industrial buildingsThis paper, firstly, through the investigation of 25 typical industrial buildings in Suzhou, obtained the typical industrial building energy consumption data in recent 3years. The 16 typical electronic industrial buildings are to making energy consumption evaluation. Figure out the problems in the electronic industrial building energy saving. Take the building envelope thermal performance, HVAC, water supply and drainage, management and management control to summarized the typical industrial building energy consumption characteristics, mining industry building energy saving potential, and put forward the energy saving suggestions.Energy consumption calculation can be distinguished between simple calculation method and computer simulation method. The method of computer simulation has been widely used in the green building and LEED evaluation. The architectural environment design simulation software-DeST(Designer's Simulation Toolkits)which is developed by Tsinghua University and suitable for the analysis of energy consumption of industrial buildings.Take the Suzhou industrial plant as an example. First of all, Review the industrial plant of energy-saving,whether the indicators are up to standard. DeST is used to simulate the energy consumption of industrial workshop. The natural room temperature characteristics of the air conditioning season in the industrial plants, the characteristics of the cold load and the energy consumption structure are analyzed.According to the survey of the various electronic industrial buildings, the energy consumption of the 7 factors affecting the building energy consumption is analyzed by using the numerical software SPSS. Building energy consumption and building area, air conditioning energy consumption, air conditioning type, and the total powerof the lighting are significant. Through the box line diagram method and the energy consumption error analysis, the 6 building is selected as the benchmark building,through the simulation of the benchmark building, the annual 8760 h energy consumption data was obtained. Using the normalized energy consumption coefficient to predict the energy consumption data of building per hour, the error frequency of eECB is 83% andeECV is 75%. Using the normalized energy consumption coefficient and the actual energy consumption bill to forecast the energy consumption per hour of industry. The method is reliable.
