Industry, the foundation of national development, is also a big energy consumption of a country. With the speeding up of industrialization and the progress of science and technology, the requirement of environment in the industrial building is getting higher and higher when production and processing of products, For the better control of industrial building inside air temperature, relative humidity, air velocity,the proportion of energy consumption of air conditioning system among the whole industrial users energy consumption is increasing at the same time.Suzhou is located in the southeast of Jiangsu province, is located in the middle of the Yangtze river delta in China, is also one of the most developed industry city in China, Zhang Jiagang, Taicang, Changshu, Kunshan and other multiple county-level cities in its charge have a large number of industrial enterprises, a wide range of sizes. Along with our country building energy efficiency and energy saving for growing, Suzhou industrial building air conditioning system of high energy consumption problem has gradually aroused the concern of the society from all walks of life. It is in this context that the author started the paper work.This paper at first introduced the thesis research background and research status of energy consumption of industrial buildings at home and abroad, briefly illustrates the thesis research purpose and research significance. For different industrial users, such as the clean workshop, cigarette factories and textile factories, the characteristics of air conditioning energy consumption and its technological process have been presented. In the second chapter, enterprises above designated size in Suzhou and the major energy consumption of industry and its composition are analyzed, and then to Suzhou area each industry, such as building materials, chemical, metallurgical, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, electron, electric power, machinery manufacturing, light industry, food industry, the existing traditional central air-conditioning system energy consumption status and energy saving space, the proportion of central air conditioning system among industrial user energy consumption and the reason for the difference between the energy consumption of central air conditioning are discussed. In the third chapter, the application of exhaust air heat recovery technology in industrial users central air-conditioning energy saving was studied, the liquid circulation heat recovery system was applied in the pharmaceutical factory room, the basis of the energy saving design was presented, and by applying the BIN method, the annual energy saving and payback period was calculated. In the fourth chapter, industrial users central air-conditioning energy saving measures have been comprehensive concluded, and combining with the Suzhou industrial building air conditioning system energy consumption survey statistics, summarizes the present energy saving methods which are more commonly used in industrial building air conditioning system. Finally, the study of the full paper content is summarized, and the industrial users in air-conditioning system energy saving was put forward.
