Modern architecture structure based damage usually has the following two forms, one is the structure basis by the upper structure load for a long time settling or produce excessive differential settlement, which led to the upper structure serious subsidence and tilt to lost use value; Second is the structure basis is far greater than it can load of limit damage. Because of the complexity of the base structure failure form, failure process of numerical simulation and analysis on how to accurately and choose the most appropriate treatment measures is a need to improve the process.This article in some engineering construction process of reclaiming land from the sea island respectively considering the possible destroy the basis of different kinds of structure form, the main research content of the following three:(1) Seepage failure is need to think a lot about water conservancy engineering foundation problems. This article selects a reclaiming land from the sea island project (with inland river landscape engineering) seepage control problem in finite element analysis. No seepage control measures, the geographical position close off the coast of engineering in the inland river and place than allow seepage slope value of seepage failure is likely to happen, even disaster buildings on the island. Due to seepage loss, river water levels falling rapidly and the inland water level is not enough to satisfy the tourist boats sailing. This article selects the most unfavorable conditions seepage slope is greater than the allowed maximum slope position arrangement as the main impervious body position, and then design demonstration analysis. The results show that the optimized seepage control measures, effectively lower the seepage slope value, and make the river water level can maintain normal navigation time get longer, the purpose of safe and stable operation is reached.(2) Artificial island's soft soil ground, the buildings on the island use bored pile do more. Due to the existence of the mud by the side of pile, pile and soil contact model into piles, mud and skin contact with the soil model, due to the effect of softening of the mud and reduces the single pile bearing capacity, thus forming mud skin defects of pile. This paper, by using finite element method (fem) mud skin effect on the bearing capacity of piles is analyzed, and proved based on post grouting construction technology to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of mud pile bearing properties.(3) High-rise buildings on the island on the treatment of soft soil foundation, foundation settlement deformation is directly related to the safety of the upper structure. So in the process of construction, to multiple settlement observation point on the first floor layout, with the higher floors, real-time monitoring. Foundation settlement is a complex nonlinear geometric deformation and dynamic process, there will be a strong correlation between the settlement observation point. Based on the lie algebra method from the Angle of lie groups, effective solve the problem of the correlation between the various subsidence monitoring. Based on a high-rise building on the island as an example,this paper use the settlement of lie group algorithm for multiple monitoring points at the same time for dynamic analysis and integrity. Proved based on the lie algebra of measuring point in the prediction of building structure foundation settlement prediction algorithm is feasible and effective.
