With the implementation of "Made in China 2025" and the acceleration of building a strong manufacturing country,the market has put forward higher requirements for China's small and medium-sized manufacturing industry.If enterprises want to keep up with the pace of market development,lean as an advanced management concept is an important measure to achieve the goal of enterprise management.This paper studies and analyses the problems existing in Enterprise A,analyses the problems reflected in its actual management and the causes of the problems,and constructs a set of applicable lean management system to give impetus to the application of lean production in small and medium-sized companies in China.Throughout the research and practice of lean production,most enterprises are still at the initial stage of establishing the process and standardization of lean production,and lack of systematic research to promote it.How to transform the theory of lean production management into practice and apply it to the operation management of production workshop remains to be further studied.n view of this,this paper first briefly describes the connotation of lean production,discusses the way to achieve lean production from the theoretical basis,and then through the analysis of the production site of stamping workshop in Enterprise A,combined with the actual situation,specifically discusses how to apply the lean production theory to the actual production,in order to achieve a maj or breakthrough in enterprise management.Lean production is internationally recognized as an advanced manufacturing management concept.Lean production aims at eliminating waste,reducing costs and quickly meeting actual production needs.Lean production has obvious advantages in these aspects.On the basis of a large number of theoretical reviews,this paper combines the lean management idea with the existing problems of enterprise A,and develops a method model to solve the problems.In this paper,the problems of production planning,production capacity matching with demand,damage frequency and maintenance quality of stamping cold stamping die,inaccurate basic data of steel back stock in stamping production plan,automation of equipment layout and equipment,regional division of stamping workshop,material distribution and product quality control are discussed.Problems,on-site management issues are analyzed and stated,and a breakthrough point for enterprise A to promote lean production management is summarized.In the method system model of lean management in enterprise A,it is pointed out that on-site 5S management,on-site basic management and ANDON system should be carried out to optimize on-site tooling placement.Through the method of system layout planning,a flow production principle is applied to standardize the on-site cargo transshipment route.By investigating the current training situation of new employees and their performance status,the training plan for new employees is determined.By optimizing the planning mode,the ideas of JIT,MRPII and TOC are added to the production management system to improve the current planning management problems.By setting up the idea of improvement and initiating the reward system and channels for proposing suggestions for improvement within the enterprise,we can maintain the vitality and sustainable development of the enterprise.At the end of this paper,the implementation plan of lean production in enterprise A is summarized,and the implementation conclusion of the plan is validated by the planned delivery rate,PPM index and product inventory index.At the end of the paper,the existing problems in the implementation process are summarized,the process of implementation of the program is summarized and the follow-up development is pointed out.In order to consolidate the results of lean management measures,enterprises have formulated three safeguard measures:personnel basic skills training,production basic management and the establishment of continuous improvement mechanism.
