Study On The Design Of Functionality And Services For Intelligent Community

Internet of Things (IoT) is widely used in intelligent community, intelligent building after an information and communication technology applications in the construction industry also is a new growth point. The function of intelligent community and business system design and implementation, need to adopt the plan as a whole method, integrated computer technology, communication technology, multimedia technology, various types of information sharing and communication resources, and realizes the unified management.Combined with an actual project of telecommunications carriers, the thesis focuses on intelligent community's electronics system design, installation, operation, technical services, as well as the practical application of engineering technology and implementation and other issues, including the overall structure, function design, business classification and system configuration. According to security requirements, this thesis proposes a design about video controlling subsystem, intercom subsystem and home alarm subsystem from the aspects of functions and services. As for property management, the thesis also discusses car parking management, public broadcasting and the announcement of LED brand and their engineering issues.
