With the improvement of the living comfort requirements of the ship's crews,the demand of hot water will be larger on ship.The traditional way of preparation of hot water is used to adopt the fuel boiler which needs consuming large amounts of fossil fuels and cause serious environmental pollution.Therefore,in order to improve the ship living hot water supply quality and achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,it is urgent and important to develop a highly efficient and clean preparation methods of the ship hot water.The solar and air hot water system that is on the basis of the heat pump technology and solar-thermal technology can making full use of renewable pollution-free solar energy and heat in the air,which is one of the most energy-efficient manner of the preparation of hot water.The ship deck or the bridge of ship has a larger space where can provide the installation space for solar heating equipment,and in the engine room for air-source heat pumps use the thermal environment provided favorable conditions.Using the solar and air hot water system can not only basically meet the hot water demand of the crew but also can achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction of ship and recycling a certain degree of heat.Therefore,this article will study the hot water supply system which combines the solar and air energy.the main tasks are as follows:First of all,the composition and the demand of ship hot water system were analysized and researched,The principle and classification of Solar hot water systems,air source heat pump system were introduced and compared,then the principle of frequency conversion water of constant pressure of constant pressure supply was also analysized.By the above The hot water system structure and control function is determined.Secondly,according to the structure of the system the control equipment was selection and the hardware circuit was designed.On the basis of the control function,the software program was designed.Monitoring system was constituted by the touch screen,which can monitor the whole hot water system and set the parameters.Thirdly,the fuzzy self-tuning PID control of water supply system was res researched.The Fuzzy controller was designed by researching on fuzzy control theory.And the model of constant pressure water supply system was established to simulate by the MATLAB simulation software.According to the model the traditional PID control and fuzzy self-tuning PID control were compared.Finally,the control system experiment was desiged by the hot water system experimental platform,which has been comlpeted.The using effect of the hot water system,which was used in combination with solar energy and air energy,was tested.The results show that the control system can be stable and the design can meet the requirement.
