Pump as a universal machine has a wide range of applications in the national economy, with the rapid development of science and technology and the implementation of national "energy saving and emissions reduction" plan, the use of pump is also gradually expanding, at the same time, putting forward higher request to pump efficiency, energy saving, reliability and safety. Therefore, designing of a high quality pump from the point of view of energy saving or from the economic point of view, can bring great benefits for the society.This paper starts from the analysis of flow loss in the impeller, studies the relationship between the hydraulic loss and the main design parameters of flow components. Aiming at the shortage of traditional design method and the demand of social development to the pump, the paper is based on the traditional one dimensional design theory, presents a parametric modeling method for the blade. The parametric design of the impeller is realized, which provides the basis for the CFD analysis and the optimum design of the pump performance, which makes up the deficiency of traditional design method and meets the development needs of the society. The main research work of this paper is:(1) From the perspective of analysis of flow loss in the impeller, writes the program of hydraulic loss model within impeller. We study the relationship between the hydraulic loss and the main design parameters of flow components, and Sensitivity analysis of one dimensional design parameters to loss model, which provides the reference for the hydraulic design of the impeller.(2) On the basis of the theory of one dimensional flow, this paper puts forward the idea of parameterized modeling pump impeller and establishes the mathematical model of impeller parameters modeling.(3) The paper puts the process of the traditional drawing together with pump impeller structure parametric modeling method, carries on the mathematical analysis, makes it analytical derivation and algorithmizatin. Using the MATLAB programming algorithm and the numerical calculation are unified in the program design and the paper completes of axial plane projection of impeller, streamline expansion diagram, spatial streamline diagram, etc. The parametric design of the blade is realized. Using three dimensional modeling software realizes the solid modeling of the blade and the impeller.(4) Taking the nuclear main pump AP1000 for example, the procedures and the UG are used to implement the modeling of the impeller and compared with traditional modeling method of manual and parameterized modeling program of impeller with CFD model analysis, which verify the feasibility of parametric modeling program...
