Since the 21st century, the manufacturing industry is undergoing tremendous change a, service-oriented manufacturing trend becomes evident. MRO service is one of most important fields of service-oriented manufacturing. Developmenting remote diagnostics, fault warning technologyand the knowledge management technology for MRO based on semantic web are not only following the international trend, but also a prerequisite way for China's manufacturing enterprise to innovation business model, expansion profit margins and reach the high point of value chain. High-speed train is a key areas of China made, which has important production and service functions, benefit economic and social a lot. To ensure the good health of high-speed train is of great significance.while large complex has the characteristics of complex structure, high intensity running requires,high downtime losses and so on, which put forward higher requirements for MRO services of high-speed train.In this thesis, a integration maintenance BOM model is design based on the analyzing of the business process and the maintenance knowledge needs for MRO of high-speed train.This maintenance BOM integrates the MRO information, reduces the data redundancy at the same time. Then a XBOM mapping model is proposed, by whitch, the evolution and mapping process of maintenance of BOM is descripted, so the MRO data and information from high-speed train life cycle is evolutioned without inconsistency,which eliminate the information islands of MRO services. Then this thesis try to introduce Ontology to design XBOM ontology model of high-speed train for MRO, which includes one global ontology,and five MRO-oriented local ontology. Among them, the XBOM global ontology, structure ontology and maintenance plan ontology is described in detail. Ultimately the semantic XBOM based on ontology for MRO services is done, which makes the full use of existing resources MRO knowledge, the supporting for MRO services, the improving of MRO efficiency possible.Finally, this thesis descripts the compound maintenance BOM model of the high-speed train and XBOM mapping process in detail.Proved the practicality of maintenance BOM model of the high-speed train and XBOM mapping model.While using ontology the protege4.1 software is used to modeling for semantic XBOM of high-speed train, achieve an accurate representation of the high-speed train MRO knowledge.
