The evaluation of dynamic perspective is important to the planning and construction of several highways. In the design stage evaluating the highway alignments can evaluate the highway alignments pros and cons in advance, and help finding their disadvantages and improve. So we can eliminate the bad alignment before the implementation of construction projects, and it is beneficial to improve the comprehensive benefit of the actual operation stage of the highway. At present, there are few researches about the evaluation of highway alignments in Mongolia, most alignment evaluations are limited to individual alignment index, and there is little alignment evaluation considering comprehensive variety of factors. It is infrequent using the speed design, track wheel path design and, the study of dynamic perspective analysis according to the current design specification for road design.Driving sight distance is one of the important indexes to ensure the safety of driving, and whether the sight distance can be satisfied reflects, the effect of geometric alignment combination characteristics in the design of highway alignment. The sufficient sight distance can enable the driver to observe the road barriers and the surrounding environment timely, so as to take effective measures in time to ensure the safety of driving. Therefore, it is very important for the analysis of road traffic safety and the visual analysis of the road, to study the relationship between the driver, the object position and the speed of the vehicle to the horizontal and vertical combination model.In this paper the coordination of road alignment is evaluated, changing 2D data of horizontal and vertical alignment design into the 3D model and we set up road panoramic dynamic perspective model, and propose a determining method judging sight distance is whether available or not during the process of driving. Using CIVIL3D, InfraWorks and 3Ds MAX software, according to the road alignment superimposition, driver's dynamic visual characteristics and other factors, with actual traffic accident "black spot" road sections of Mongolia as an example, we adopt a variety of software analysis, and build road visualization model with the "static" perspective and "dynamic" perspective analysis method, respectively. And then under different alignment superimposition condition, rationality of road alignment technical index, dynamic sight distance, geographic environment and the safety of road lateral clear distance are analyzed.The biggest characteristic of Mongolian road is the high speed of low-grade highway. And the higher the speed, driver's eyes dynamic visual characteristics is more obvious, alignments also become easier for human eye observing main objects. Therefore, the importance and necessity of alignment consistency evaluation are also more significant. In this paper, the analysis of the accident-prone areas in Mongolia from the perspective of route alignment consistency and driving sight distance, using the alignment consistency analysis method doing the rounded analysis for the road alignment, has a certain guiding significance.
