| Nowadays, with the accelerated development of world economy and the rapid improvement of technological level, high-rise buildings are continuously rising at an unprecedented rate as city landmarks. According to statistics, among the top ten high-rise buildings the world has been built, there are seven in Asia, including five in China. It can be seen that China will accelerate the development of high-rise buildings in the future, and will be among the highest in the world and even become the core strength of the development.Currently, based on existing theories and experiences, most high-rise buildings adopt the steel-concrete composite structure. This type of structure is more reasonable in terms of force structure, and the use of architecture functions can achieve a reasonable arrangement. It not only improves the ductility than ordinary concrete structure, but also improve the disadvantages of the steel in terms of stability and fire resistance. Thus, the high-rise buildings with composite structure not only improve the structural safety, but also reasonably reduce the cost of structure, and achieve the unity of security and economy.In this paper, design and analysis of Dalian Furama International Apartment is carried out. The structure has 55 stories with the height of 210.90m, with a parking apron on the top story. The tower of the structure uses frame-shear wall structure, with the strengthening areas at the bottom using steel reinforced concrete shear walls, other floors using ordinary reinforced concrete shear walls.In this paper, structural design softwares PKPM developed by China Academy of Building Research and YJK developed by Beijing Ying Jian Ke Software Co. Ltd. are used to take out elastic analysis under small earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under large earthquake of the structure to study ite seismic performances, according to the "Three-level, two-stage" performance design method proposed by Code for seismic design of buildings GB50011-2010. |
