| With the rapid economic development, the urbanization progress has been quickened. A large number of the crowd coming into the city brings opportunities and challenges for the development of the city construction. In order to take full advantage of the limited urban land, high-rise, super high-rise buildings become the best choice for people to provide residential, official and leisure entertainment place.Although super high-rise buildings have developed for three decades in China, and the number of super high-rise buildings have been among the best worldwide, China currently only compile the high-rise building design specifications, while those super high-rise building have not edited the corresponding design specifications. So every super high-rise buildings need overrun analysis of its own characteristics, as well as the evaluation of safety, shock resistance, and reliability. This paper concerns the design and overrun analysis process of a super high-rise building in Dalian.This project is a practical project in Dalian and the total construction area is 63500m2. The underground part contains three basements. Ground parts:four podium a total height 17.5m; a towers of 33 floors, the structure total height 136m.The structure of the building is frame-shear wall structure. Partial frames are steel reinforced concrete frame, besides, most of the rest frame beam and all shear walls and floors are made of reinforced concrete structure. In order to ensure the overall aesthetics of the building and inside practicality, the plane layout of the structure is asymmetrical. Overall, the building belongs to out of codes high-rise building. Therefore, in the design phase of the project overrun should be analyzed in addition to the conventional design.For super high-rise building, the main job of overrun analysis of the structure is studies on seismic behavior. In this paper, two structural design and calculation soft wares Satwe and Etabs are used to make the elastic property analysis of the structure under frequent seismic action and elastoplastic property analysis of the structure under rarely seismic action. The major data and figures are captured in this paper and make a comparison, finally make a enveloping design of the structure according to the calculated results of the two soft wares. |
