As a means of clean energy transportation,electric vehicles are becoming more and more popular and have become an important direction of development in the transportation field at this stage.Especially under the background of "double carbon",the development of electric vehicles will become a powerful means to achieve the goal of "carbon peak" in the transportation field.Although electric vehicles are developing continuously,the problem of "difficult charging"always exists.The charging infrastructure network is still not perfect.The non coordination between charging demand and charging station supply leads to the low utilization rate of public charging station facilities in China.The travel behavior and charging behavior of electric vehicle users are not reasonably considered in charging station planning.Therefore,based on the charging behavior of users,it is of great significance to study the location and layout of public charging stations for the planning and construction of charging stations.Based on the charging behavior of electric vehicle users,this paper establishes the location and layout model of charging station,and uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model,which provides theoretical guidance for the planning and layout of charging station in the future.The main work is as follows:Firstly,through the design of questionnaire for field interview and investigation,the travel and charging behavior data of private electric vehicle users are obtained,and then the data are processed by SPSS software.Then,the travel,charging behavior and influencing factors of users are studied by using the methods of descriptive statistics,multi factor cross analysis,significance difference analysis and multiple linear regression.Secondly,some charging behavior and its influencing factors are selected,and the charging behavior prediction model based on multiple Logistic regression and the charging behavior prediction model based on neural network are established respectively.The charging characteristics of different electric vehicle users are studied,and the charging demand of electric vehicle users is analyzed.Based on the charging behavior characteristics of electric vehicles,combined with the interests of electric vehicle charging station operators and electric vehicle users,Aiming at minimizing the comprehensive cost,the location and layout model of charging station is established.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to analyze and solve the model through MATLAB programming software.Taking Tianxin District of Changsha as an example,the feasibility and rationality of the model are verified.The location results show that the location model based on charging behavior not only meets the charging needs of users,but also takes into account the interests of various parties,and is feasible.
