| With the continuous implementation of my country’s low-carbon economy concept,the number of new energy vehicles in my country has increased by 12 times in the past six years.With the gradual promotion and popularization of new energy vehicles,users’ demand for related infrastructure has also continued to grow.As the main force of new energy vehicles,the continuous promotion of electric vehicles is an inevitable trend for a period of time.The reasonable construction of charging facilities network is the prerequisite for the positive development of the electric vehicle industry.At the beginning of 2020,the construction of charging piles was included in the scope of new infrastructure,which is a new opportunity and turning point for the development of charging facilities.Based on this,taking Chengdu as an example,the aim is to study the planning and layout of public fast charging stations in Chengdu to coordinate the relationship among all parties more reasonably,and at the same time meet the charging needs of users,so as to promote the sound development of the electric vehicle industry.Considering the randomness of users’ travel,the travel chain of electric vehicles is used to predict the temporal and spatial distribution of user charging needs.This article describes the travel of electric vehicles by analyzing six key characteristics such as travel chain length,daily first travel time,single travel distance,travel destination type,length of stay,and spatial transition probability,and analyzes the probability density function of travel characteristics..At the same time,based on the user’s lowest state of charge preference,the user’s charging behavior is analyzed,so as to construct a Monte Carlo-based probability model of demand prediction.The charging station layout planning takes the fast charging demand of users as the research object.Mainly considering the impact of user needs,characteristics of electric vehicles and economic factors involving cost input on the layout planning of fast charging stations,a dual-objective planning model considering environmental protection is proposed.On the one hand,from the perspective of operators,the average annual total investment cost of charging stations is the smallest,including land costs,construction costs and operating expenses.On the other hand,while considering the minimum distance from the demand point to the charging station from the user’s point of view,the concept of carbon emissions per unit mileage is introduced to establish an objective function for the minimum total carbon emissions in the search station process.Based on the existing research,the PSO algorithm is improved,and the sorting rules of the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm are added at the same time.The effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified by calculation examples of different scales.The layout of fast charging stations in Chengdu in 2023 is taken as an example.Based on the geographic information of geographic information system and the number of private electric vehicles,the charging demand of electric vehicles is predicted by MATLAB.Data processing is performed on the obtained results,and the relevant model parameters are determined on this basis.The improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the dual-objective location planning model to obtain the Pareto dominant solution set.The model results are analyzed to provide reference for relevant decision makers. |
