As to highlight the growing energy shortage and environmental pollution problems,and people's increasing demand for automobiles,with its advantages of electric vehicles "zero emissions" gradually become the main object of study the major car manufacturers.In accordance with the current development trend of electric vehicles,most car manufacturers use lithium batteries as the power source for electric vehicles.However,when car manufacturers in the motor for the performance test,direct use lithium batteries as the power source is not appropriate.This paper presents the simulation car motor power testing platform will be able to replace the lithium battery of motor tests,so the study of motor vehicle test platform for analog power has very important Applicability.First,this paper describes the power motor vehicle simulation test platform basic structure and working principle,the analog power system is divided into pre-stage PWM rectifier and bidirectional DC / DC converter into two parts,and introduced the research status PWM rectifier and bidirectional DC / DC converter,which focuses on the research status of PWM Rectifier.And three-phase six-switch PWM Rectifier as an object,a design voltage,current,double-loop control scheme.Then,this paper engineering design and implementation from the start,in order to design a TMS320C2812 DSP chip as the processor of the motor vehicle test platform before the analog power stage PWM Rectifier section.Thesis clear,detailed description of the hardware design and simulation of PWM rectifier power supply front stage,including the design of the main circuit design,design the peripheral sampling conditioning circuit,PWM drive circuit.Software design idea is to complete the DSP in the main program initialization,interrupt program to implement the functions of each module.The paper also describes the implementation of the principle of SVPWM and engineering,and from the maximum precision Departure algorithm is simplified battery model,reducing the amount of computation DSP,the design of the control method.Finally,in the light built motor vehicle test platform before the analog power stage PWM rectifier prototype,the prototype implements the network side of the current closed-loop control,digital lock,PWM control,control,and the prototype for the experimental verification experiment simulation results show the car before the power stage PWM rectifier motor test platform engineering,control strategy feasibility and superiority.
