Automobile, motorcycle starter performance testing generally the battery as apower source, but in the actual testing process, using the battery as a the experimentalpower has many defects. This topic is performance experimental power supply to themotor start and stop the background, an electrical equipment-rectifier power supply toreplace the battery to the starter performance test technical solutions.The system uses fuzzy PID algorithm as a control strategy for the system, anddiscuss the fuzzy PID control principle, affect the parameters of fuzzy PID controlperformance and control algorithms to achieve, through MATLAB simulation of thecontrol strategy, to verify its feasibility. Finally, the fuzzy PID control algorithm to berealized in the microprocessor through the look-up table method to improve theperformance of the controller, the rectifier power analog battery requirements.Analog power control systems to the STC high performance microprocessor core,mainly including the center of the main control module, part of the proximal displaymodule, remote man-machine dialogue system, and network communication subsystem.The modular design concept in order to improve system scalability, reliability, ease ofdebugging, etc. at the same time, the entire system of hardware and software design, thesystem’s degree of intelligence can be improved.
