| With the rapid development of digital manufacturing technology in China’s aviation manufacturing industry,the inspection of sheet metal parts planning technology aviation increasingly demanding.Traditional inspection planning techniques not only fail to meet the inspection accuracy,but also waste time and labor.So the digital inspection methods are increasingly common in the aviation industry.The study is the application of digital manufacturing in aircraft sheet metal parts in the inspection plan,the essence of which is the composition of the inspection plan characteristic of sheet metal.Using CAA(Component Application Architecture)to proceed CATIA secondary development in the environment of VS2005,established and integrated sheet metal parts inspection planning system.The system includes the interactive inspection module,the intelligent inspection module and the optical equipment inspection module.The article studies the latter two inspection methods,the intelligent inspection module and the optical equipment inspection module.First inspection mode is the intelligent inspection module,which is a inspection planning approach based on the expert system.This approach is through the sheet metal inspection planning knowledge base(Knowledge Base)filling in the relevant knowledge and to develop reasonable inference rules(Inference Machine),sheet metal features(Human Machine Interface)on developed based on CATIA dialog functions,features and geometry information,location information characteristics,accuracy class requirements for reasoning retrieval,and ultimately find the right inspection planning rules,achieve inspection plan sheet metal parts,and outputs the results of the planning.The intelligent inspection module includes feature recognition and extraction module,feature matching module,XML output module,intelligent 3D annotation module and some other auxiliary functions.The article details the function of each module,the basic realization of specific implementation process and key functions,and integrates them into smart inspection module.Second inspection mode is the optical equipment inspection module,which use portable 3D laser scanner for sheet metal parts manufacturing model to scan,reconstructing scanning model,which compared with the three-dimensional mathematical model of the sheet metal parts through a rapid inspection software(three-dimensional model comparison software)to be graphical comparison.Then it generates an error analysis report and determines whether the sheet metal part is qualified according to its inspection specification.The optical equipment inspection module includes model reconstruction,model alignment and comparative analysis.The article details the basic flow of the optical equipment inspection module and proceeds a detailed analysis of inspection processes in each module.Sheet metal inspection planning system makes aircraft inspection techniques promoted from two-dimensional paper documents into digital inspection,improving inspection quality and inspection efficiency of today’s aircraft sheet metal parts. |
