Hydraulic pump is the core power element of the hydraulic system,and its performance directly affects the performance of the whole hydraulic system,which is the key factor to restrict the development of hydraulic technology.However,the traditional hydraulic pump performance test is mainly used in non-power recovery mode,and use overflow valve and other energy consuming components to load test system.The disadvantages of the system is energy conversion into heat cause oil temperature rise,and cause the loss of energy,which increase the difficulty to the long-time of high power hydraulic pump.The power recovery test system can recover most of the energy,save energy and power,so it has been concerned by people.Since it is still in its initial stage,there are a series of problems to be solved,such as the reasonable matching requirement,improving the efficiency of the test system,reducing the pressure fluctuation.Therefore,this paper in view of the above problems,take the domestic certain type hydraulic pump for the test object,designed the power recovery type Hydraulic pump reliability test bench,the main research contents are as follows:1.Analysis of the power recovery type of hydraulic pump test bench research background,summarized the domestic and foreign hydraulic pump test system,and describes the current situation and development trend of the research,at the same time,the principle of the traditional hydraulic pump test system,and analyzes its existing problems;2 Through the analysis of the power of a variety of ways,and then according to the testing requirements for the development of the subject of the power recovery methods and test plan;3.Using the AMESim hydraulic simulation software HCD library module to build hydraulic system in the important components and the whole test bench model and its simulation,in the simulation process need to repeatedly adjust its internal parameters to achieve the desired effect,analysis of system characteristics and test performance,for the practical use of the theoretical basis;4.Using the LabVIEW software to establish a test bench for the computer aided testing system,to achieve the reliability test of electrical signal control,online monitoring,real-time data and data processing;5.Set up the test bench,according to the technical requirements and experimental procedures carry out the experiment,in order to verify the feasibility and actual performance of the hydraulic test rig designed in this paper.
