Hydraulic pump is the core element in hydraulic system,which relates to the stability of the whole hydraulic system.Based on the test standard of hydraulic pump test bench,this paper designed a testing system for the durability of hydraulic pump to test the performance of hydraulic pump.Firstly,this paper presents a hydraulic circuit scheme for hydraulic pump testing system,introduces the working principle of the four main systems,and makes the selection of the various components of the hydraulic pump testing system.Secondly,designs two hydraulic integrated valve blocks with different pressure for the hydraulic system of hydraulic pump testing system,through the coordination of these two hydraulic integrated valve blocks,the function of control the hydraulic test system can be realized;Then,this paper designs the structure and determines the coaxiality scheme for test bench,and simulates the structural strength of the main components of the test bench.The results shows that the design of the maximum stress of plate element within the yield limit of 45 steel,meet the use requirement of components;Finally,AMESim modeling simulation software is applied to simulate the key system in the hydraulic pump testing table,including power recovery system,impact test and cooling system.Among them,the simulation of power recovery system is considerable,and its recovery efficiency is 55.8%,which saves a lot of power.The simulation of impact test show that,through the coordination between the two throttle valves,can realize the subjects specified in the national standard of pump shock wave,the electromagnetic switch valve is used in the show and two overflow valves is quite reasonable.The simulation of ventilation system show that through a water-cooled heat exchanger,hydraulic pump test-bed can be effectively because of the heat resulting from the throttle in the rapid cooling,and through the feedback control system,the stability of the temperature of hydraulic oil in the oil tank between 45 to 55?,so the test work of the hydraulic pump testing table can be carried out steadily.
