| Steel bridge deck pavement,Technology in the international arena has been a hot and difficult, especially long-span steel deck bridge. Epoxy adhesive with high strength and corrosion resistance performance, excellent high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance. In this thesis, developed epoxy adhesives based on independent research and development,to research a colorful epoxy surface layer, the performance of the various aspects of the experimental study, not only can play a non-slip, alerts, and for the entire bridgeface to add brilliance to for walking steel bridge surface of the sidewalk or non-motorized vehicles, and to improve the quality of steel bridge deck pavement.This paper proposes the epoxy adhesive designed technical requirements, and according to the technical requirements, on the basis of access to relevant information through a series of test to determine the components of the epoxy adhesive (curing agent, toughening diluents, accelerator), and the optimum dosage of the respective composition components, and named as the color type I. Determined by testing a color I type epoxy adhesive at room temperature and high temperature shear mechanical properties, elongation, colloidal compressive strength and the anti-aging properties. Determined from the structure of the surface layer of colored epoxy, through a series of laboratory experiments on the a color epoxy surface layer adhesion strength, wear resistance and bending deformation capacity, verify the color epoxy surface layer in steel bridge deck pavement feasibility.Finally, consider from the construction to allow time I type construction to determine the color under various temperature viscosity index, and then to determine the strength of growth changes the curing time, and made some suggestions on color epoxy surface layer of pavement construction and technical requirements, and to provide technical support to promote the application of the technology in the future.. |
