In recent years,The long-span bridges career of our country have made rapidly developmentoEspecially in the 1990s,our country has builded a large number of cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge which is steel box girder?Because of the bridge deck pavement technology of our country started later,Overloaded vehicles being serious and the harsh environment,the existing materials of pavement began to rut or disease in the short-term use?Epoxy materials are made into binder or composite materials and widely used in bridge deck pavement because of its high mechanical performance?excellent bonding performance?Thermal stability?Such as the epoxy asphalt concrete of The United States and Japan?the epoxy adhesive which is used in colored pavement of Britain and Japan?The first use of epoxy asphalt concrete pavement technology in steel bridge deck of our country is the second Nanjing Changjiang river bridge?Although it has been tested by five years of hot or cold weather,the function still be good?The DLERA epoxy material in the paper was made by the group of Changsha university of science and technology which is for Steel bridge deck pavement,this epoxy adhesive was invented mainly to improve the ability of pavement materials to resistant high temperature?When making the DLERA,we added appropriate amount of high temperature curing agent?filler which has perfect high temperature stability and toughening agents,so the DLERA epoxy material not only has preferable bending deformation ability but also the stability of high temperature(The mainly performance is the high strength of adhesion shear between the steel plate and DLERA epoxy material in the use of 70? environment and very well mechanical properties after the high temperature construction)?According to the usual,the pavement of asphalt mixture for the new bridge was often after the completion of steel box girder assembly welding,however the construction in the open air was easily affected by weather and the Construction period is difficult to control?In this paper,we aimed using the characteristics of the steel box girder can be precasted indoor to form epoxy surface when precasting the steel box girder and through assembly welding steel box girder to confection the surface?Through the test of the strength of epoxy surface?the capacity of bending deformation?ageing-resistance performance?fatigue performance and other pavement Performance,validate the feasibility of ultra-thin epoxy surface in the steel bridge deck pavement?Finally,according to the characteristics of epoxy materials and the assembly welding technology of the steel box girder,puts forward some suggestions and technical requirements for construction of epoxy surface and provide technical support for the future application of this technology?...
