Because of many advantages of precast concrete pipe pile,it had been widely used in civil engineering.However,the low bending capacity of pipe pile delines horizontal bearing capacity of it.In order to improve the horizontal bearing capacity and do not increase the cost or complicate the construction significantly on the same time,this paper proposes a kind of reinforcing filler core technology to reinforce the of precast concrete pile.The several aspects of filling pile core were compared by the large size model test,numerical simulation and theoretical calculation method.Firstly,Contrasted hollow core pipe pile with concrete filling core pipe pile by model tests,the high strength material filling core pile,low strength material filling core pile,hollow core pipe pile in top of the pile horizontal displacement and pile body stress were studied in this paper.It was obtained that the horizontal bearing capacity descending order was high strength materials filling pile,low strength material filling pile core,hollow core pipe pile with the same conditions.Secondly,reliability of the numerical calculation was verify by the established numerical model.On this basis,the influence factors of horizontal bearing capacity in filling material,such as pile length,diameter size,location and other factors were research in this paper.Thirdly,computational formula for horizontal bearing capacity of concrete filling core pipe pile was gotten.The calculated value of non-core and filling core pipe pile,as well as theoretical and numerical simulation results were analyzed to verify the theoretical calculation formulas.Based on the research above the aplication scope of theoretical method for caculating the horizontal displacement of core filling was given.
