The Gear transmission is one of the mechanical transmission way,is widely used in modern industry.Face-gear transmission is a new type of gear transmission,compared with ordinary gear transmission,it has its own unique characteristics,in the case of high speed and heavy load,its advantages are particularly prominent.In order to better play to the advantages of Face-gear drive,the dynamic characteristics has become a hotspot of current research.Therefore,this paper to Face-gear drive as the research object,the modeling,system coupling vibration characteristics and inherent characteristics were studied.Its content mainly includes:1)According to the principle of gear shaping Face-gear,introduced a Face-gear tooth surface equation and tooth root transition curved surface equation of the gear tooth root root cutting and addendum to pointy conditions,determine the Face-gear,the minimum and maximum outer radius,inner radius calculated by the application of MATLAB programming Face-gear tooth surface and surface three-dimensional point coordinate data and import the Pro/E software refactoring,generate the physical model of face gear,and then with cylindrical gear assembly for the physical model of Face-gear drive.2)Introduction of Face-gear transmission system was integrated transmission error,backlash,time-varying mesh stiffness to tooth surface friction is the internal incentive factors,according to lumped parameter theory,Is established considering the internal motivation of Face-gear drive system-torsional vibration dynamic model of bending by analytical method to calculate the surface synthetic meshing stiffness of gear drive,the application of MATLAB software based on 4 ~ 5 order Runge-Kutta algorithm of adaptive variable step was used to solve the model,the surface vibration response of the gear transmission system,and the meshing frequency,time-varying mesh stiffness and gear tooth surface friction coefficient on its vibration characteristic was analyzed,and concluded that the corresponding law,provides for the dynamic design of Face-gear drive with theoretical guidance.3)Using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench opposite Face-gear transmission model for modal analysis,it is concluded that the model of the first 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode,the pressure Angle,aperture plane gear and gear differential gear transmission across the natural frequency,the influence of and draw the corresponding laws,for the plane dynamic optimization design of gear transmission provides a theoretical reference.4)Surface is studied by using of YDX9550 A bevel gear rolling inspection machine,gear vibration test experiment,collected in the process of face gear drive shaft vibration displacement and vibration acceleration data,and compared with the results of simulation,the correctness of the simulation result is verified.
