Owing to the long service time and great investment, bridges not only carry the national traffic lifeline, but also closely connect to people's life and property safety. With the development of the bridges towards many directions, such as light-duty, large span and complexified structure and so on, healthy online monitoring and evaluation of the bridges are very necessary. In this paper, with the engineering background of Puxi Zhoushan Bridge, which is prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, we expand its research and analysis to assess the status, combined with its healthy monitoring system, based on the monitoring data from the online monitoring project.The specific work as follows:(1)the design model construction parameters are amended based on measured construction data, established a completed model as a reference state of health monitoring and evaluation.(2) Related data processing method are applied to analyze the online monitoring data from monitoring program, the variations of the temperature field, stress of the main beam, cable force, etc. are concluded to provide a reference for mastering work force and state of the bridge construction.(3)Based on measured temperature data, the vertical temperature mode of Puxi Bridge is drew up,by contrast of the effect from temperature pattern of the standard,big difference is found of the bridge construction internal forces and geometric distortion. When coming to bridge design, it is necessary to take the local climatic and environmental conditions into consideration, and correct the temperature mode.(4)Variable weight synthesizing theory is introduced on the basis of AHP, the Puxi Bridge structural state evaluation model is set up; three warning threshold is established based on the reference model and measured data, for the bridge structure status real-time monitoring; Finally, Puxi bridge is assessed the state of the bridge structure, providing some reference suggestions for its post-security operations, management, repair and maintenance.
