Jiaodong route is an important part of the South to North water diversion project. Its operation can largely ensure the Jiaodong area water supply demand, alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, and realize the economic sustainable development of the Jiaodong area. However, due to the project has the characteristic of large construction scale, long transmission distance, many different kinds of water buildings and too many cities and population along the route, once channel accidents happened, it will directly influence the normal life and production to the residents along the channel. So the emergency scheduling research of Jiaodong route should be focus on. To ensure the smooth and safe operation of Jiaodong channel, in this paper, the emergency scheduling research are studied.In order to better study, this paper established the mathematical control model of Jiaodong channel. In view of the main risk sources during the operation, set up the boundary conditions and simulate the water and contaminant movement condition under different working conditions when emergency scheduling. Besides, using the fuzzy PID control method to control gates when in emergency.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)In view of the sudden water pollution accident, studied the water movement condition before and after the accident upstream gate, the water movement before the downstream gate and the contaminant movement situation. The study found that, with the reduce of the gate close time, the water level fluctuation of the accident channel increase obviously, the water level speed before the gate increase and the contaminant range reduce. Due to the particularity of water pollution accidents, in order to ensure the safety of the channel water quality, when emergency scheduling, we should be appropriate to short gate closing time, under the security of a channel water level to ensure water quality safety. To a greater degree to reduce water pollution accident harm, studied the contaminant movement when the downstream gates close together. Found that the diffusion of the contaminant is better than the condition of only one downstream gate close, contaminant range are smaller. So when doing water contaminant emergency treatment, the downstream gates should close together.(2)In view of the sudden water pollution accident, studied the water level movement after the accident upstream gate and before the downstream gate under the condition of closing gates together or one by one. We can find that, when close the gate one by one. the water level before downstream gate will reduce, at the same time, the falling range of water after the upstream gate will increase, it will be risk to the channel slope.(3)In view of the accident of channel slope instability, studied the cross section water level movement under different closing gate time conditions. We can find that, with the increasing of closing gate time, the cross section's maximum level is increase, the moment water level to be max and stabilization will delay. So speeding up the upstream gate closing rate can effectively ensure the safety of the downstream accident cross section. We can appropriately increase upstream gate closing time in guarantee of safe operation. We should also ensure the upstream gate safety, close the upstream gates one by one.(4)Through the fuzzy PID control, realizing the automatic emergency control of Jiaodong channel, ensure the effectiveness of the emergency scheduling.
